Payment Policies

  • Rent is paid ahead and is due on the 1st of the month

  • Autopayment is our preferred payment method

  • Once you have paid your rent, the unit is yours for the entire month.

  • Mid-month move outs are not prorated

  • Receipts are always provided. Invoices are by request

  • Phone or text payments are only accepted during office hours (Mon-Fri, 10-4)

  • Payments left in drop box after hours are collected on the next business day
